Elsevier, Inc. publishes several journals (Icarus for example). The SHERPA/romeo project indicates Elsevier, Inc., is a GREEN publisher.

Indeed, the authors' rights information that Elsevier, Inc., has posted does allow self-archiving. However, there is a caveat that you cannot just post the article as published by Elsevier, Inc., you must post a "revised personal version".
